You are solely responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful and kept current.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining credit balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. manhwa18 will never request your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. Any losses resulting from failure to safeguard your account security are entirely the user's responsibility.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in any unlawful activity, using automated software or bots to access the platform, attempting to cheat or manipulate the gaming system, distributing harmful or inappropriate content, or harassing other users. Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure.
Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the manhwa18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX (online banking), GrabPay, and credit or debit cards issued by recognised Malaysian banks. manhwa18 reserves the right to add or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method. Deposit credits are typically reflected in your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. manhwa18 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers or banks.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification processes that may be required from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. manhwa18 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Invalid Transactions
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and will result in account closure and legal action.
Liability Limits, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The manhwa18 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, manhwa18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Account Suspension and Closure
Manhwa18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or for platform operational reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to a refund of any remaining credit balance. Closures for operational reasons not attributable to the user will be handled fairly in accordance with the platform's internal policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements on the manhwa18 platform are owned by or licensed to manhwa18 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from manhwa18.
Third-Party Links
